Peer review is required for all .1 papers in RHE 306. In my class, we conduct peer review one class day before the .1 papers are due so they have time to incorporate their peers' recommendations into their paper.
Pedagogical Goals of the Assignment
To help students identify ways in which their peers can be more specific in discussing appeals and move beyond summarization and focus on rhetorical analysis.
Assignment Description
The students will be in groups of three and each person will read the other two students' papers and fill out the worksheet.
